Quick searching doesn't yield my "why don't you use" - migration cost. Unless a tool is bringing in functions never used before, e.g. Jira to a team where project management was non-existent, otherwise there are at least data , user behaviour, integration and reporting that need to migrate from. That means most of the time it just isn't worth it
