The implications of the Bell curve is that half of the population is dumber having an IQ<95.5! And the majority of the area under that curve is of course below IQ-100. And Massachusetts is equally ABOVE 100 as California is below at IQ=104.3 How many people associate California with intelligence and "right thinking"? Clearly this is a wrong assumption in every objective sense.
