For those who care about things like "social fabric", the unintended consequences of not being able to declare bankruptcy on a student loan are that there's a strong possibility that your future wife, if she's above average looking with a great education was a stripper / escort for a little while to help pay off that loan.
This is what happens when we ban people from being able to declare bankruptcy.
