What are some of those internal metrics? How did you come across or develop them?
- bubblethink 5y agoHistorical trends, geographical trends, plain old intuition and gut, or any number of angles that you think make sense, but all that goes out of the window if you are in a bad market. The price is what the market is willing to bear, as they say.
