another issue I have with Canonical's approach:
1. if you don't have a resume/CV, people ignore you and say you need one
2. write them, then people DO NOT SEEM TO ACTUALLY read it, or, rather treat it like a big set of lies by a malicious scammer out to get them
so their questionaire, however well intended, smells like yet more unpaid makework which the "applicant" can count on being treated like #2 above
