You'll never be wise enough to not consider career advice; you just get better at curating it.
- AnimalMuppet 5y agoFrom the Bible, in the book of Proverbs (paraphrased): "The wise person gets a lot of advice". One chapter later, also paraphrased: "The fool listens to most of it". Or as someone here said, "Advice is free, until you take it". Curate advice very carefully. Listen to it all, but don't act on most of it.
