Does anyone have an idea as to why OSS maintainers are doing this more and more often? Are they fed up with the sustainability of OSS that this is an opportunity to retaliate? I think this is the third "supply chain attack" through protest in two months. Is this the right way to protest?
- userbinator 5y agoI suspect it's just the fact that there are a lot more SJW types doing software than there used to be.

- TobyTheDog123 5y agoWell I think it's more because of the internet's lack of civility and lack of foresight/forethought, than a strictly SJW thing. I could see someone on the right pulling a stunt like this if there was an equal representation of conservative coders in the OSS community.
