Ah, yes. Program blocks with a dialog to ask if you want to save. Windows puts a giant fullscreen message saying a program is blocking shutdown. And the only way to click the dialog is to abort shutdown altogether. And then when you click don't save, the program doesn't close anymore because the system isn't shutting down anymore. Great UX...
