Does anyone know if this project is still on going? I saw no plan for 2021 and no updates after version 73 or so.

  I think the major integrations of pieces of servo have been done, but that new projects and rewrites of existing components will continue to evaluate Rust as an option going forwards.

  Yes it is. WebRender shipped a few releases back.
