Honestly, if I ever start a company, I'd like to try something similar.

- kqr 5y agoStart now! Gather five people and build a truly democratic organisation within your organisation. Decide with formal consensus. Hold general assemblies and set up working groups. Expand from the initial five as you go. The great thing about democracy is that you actually don't need permission from any authority to do it. In fact, the entire philosophy rests on not needing permission from any authority!
