- tgv 5y agoPossibly. I cannot find anything on the official immigration website (https://extranjeros.inclusion.gob.es https://extranjeros.inclusion.gob.es), but newspapers still write about it. Some reports are positive (exclaiming 10% of the population in targeted areas, but that turns out to be less than 20,000 people in total).
