The downside of a system that allows to build quickly is that it allows to quickly build really stupid things as well. For example in the 70’s Brussels decided that the city should really look like Dallas and quickly destroyed complete neighbourhoods to build inner city highways and skyscrapers … I guess high speed disasters like that are part of the reason why nowadays some people are afraid of going too fast with important things
