Putting "Not yet, but coming soon:" under the "What works" heading instead of the "What doesn’t" is dishonest.
- _ph_ 5y agoNo, it is a reasonable category. There is a huge distiction between things, which don't work yet, but you know that you can make them work and have even a schedule for doing them. And there are things, where you either don't have an idea yet how to make them work or cannot attach a schedule yet. As with any software release: you have the list of things planned for the next release, even if they are not available yet and you have a list of things which definitely won't be in the next release.
- marcan_42 5y agoSpecifically, things on that list are things that work already, but are disabled or not merged into our release kernels yet because they aren't quite ready for end users. So they "work" already, just not in the kernel packages I'm building :-)
