Having a nap during lunch break is also pretty refreshing. And not possible in the office. We had a callcenter in Romania where they had a "relax" area and people used to nap on the couches there during lunch but it's always a bit awkward. And my office had nothing like this.

In the beforetimes if I went for a walk around the parking lot at lunch time I'd usually see a couple people napping in their cars (and of course burning gas to run the ac if it was summer).
