Node-ipc dev's Twitter hacked
- aasasd 5y agoContext, apparently: „JavaScript library node-ipc updated to wipe files from Russia systems“ https://www.theregister.com/2022/03/18/protestware_javascript_node_ipc/ https://www.theregister.com/2022/03/18/protestware_javascrip... The fact that the author was not immediately banned from NPM says quite a lot.
- willcipriano 5y agoMy first encounter with doxbin, apparently a pastebin clone but for doxing.

- melony 5y agoIs this state sponsored? Why isn't Twitter stepping in? It is rarely that easy to steal an entire Twitter account.
- jtsiskin 5y agoIts far more likely just password reuse from a breached site. Done by someone who lost all their files and was pissed off
