People are dying every day -- obviously lawsuits and criminal trials take years in complex cases. A lot more people would be dead by then. Our goal in the immediate term is to stop the war. One of the strongest non-kinetic tools we have for that is these sanctions. When the war ends, then we can figure out due process... for these guys hundred million dollar yachts.
