Someone claimed to have solved this: http://preprint.math.uni-hamburg.de/public/papers/hbam/hbam2011-09.pdf http://preprint.math.uni-hamburg.de/public/papers/hbam/hbam2... Then withdrew it, and is currently busy trying to fix the problem.
