Sorry to be the devil's advocate here but having a company being the middle man between me and my order has been great, for me. You see, restaurants often mess up and rarely (in my case) fix the issue. The amount of times my order came in wrong, missing an item or took forever to deliver, is off the charts. Since I exclusively order by app, the app takes care of it for me. Sometimes they give me a cupom, sometimes they cancel the order and sometimes they even refund me.
