You have to remember that especially at the start, a lot of people were lied to. Even people who became maximally skeptical later on often started out believing that masks were essential, lockdowns worked, etc. They only realized these things weren't true as they discovered the source data and analyses out of it from outside the legacy media.
So there's a strong date aspect to this.
Still, it's probably a pretty good signal for future employers who are looking for smart independent thinkers. If you were quitting your job for this reason in April 2020 maybe it doesn't mean much. If you were doing it in April 2021 then that means you will blindly accept and even enforce absolute nonsense if phrased in techno-babblish ways, and are quite likely to engage in left wing activism on company time to boot. These are not qualities smart employers will be seeking, but it's very hard to figure out whether someone is like this during interview. If you ask why they quit their last job and they say "not enough COVID countermeasures" and the date was late enough in the pandemic, that's a good sign to pass on them.
