This is the sort of thing that's just going to be different for everyone.
I personally hate fixed hours. I rest when I need to, work when I have focus. I fit all the aspects of my life in when it's best for me.
Some people seem to thrive on regularity and order, which is also fine.
- cpach 5y agoIndeed. One should always be sceptical about the idea of “one size fits all”. That’s rarely the case.
