I'm assuming you read the article. I don't understand why you would hold that opinion. Why should anyone be held responsible for a product that they are typically not even aware about that has used their face / name without permission? If I took a picture of you and overlaid it on my ad for a special brand of consumable bleach which I then promote all over social media, should you then be held responsible?
