Sure, I guess I will try to assume that you are making this comment in good faith.
Tell me the name of your country and I will tell you why it wasn't socialism.
Socialism has properties that defines it, just like State capitalism has properties that defines it.
If the contional of those properties match one over the other, what does that tell you?
