Amazon intentionally made it hard to cancel Prime subscription in secret project
- walnutclosefarm 5y agoThis is news? At least you can cancel Prime!. The NYTimes requires that you call a customer service representative to change/cancel a subscription. When you get to one, they refuse to cancel until you've passed, probably more than once, on a variety of offers to discount the service you're cancelling. There is no other way. Washington Post, same story.
