It's been my experience as well that exposing vulnerabilities, especially financial makes enemies, not friends. So basically we learn do the minimum possible, to not do the right thing so as not to get fired, and ignore gaping holes leaving them for someone else to risk their neck on, all so we can pay bills for 50 years and then hopefully retire. What a life.
