Does it really work in an environment where the ghosted candidate usually has another job lined up?
- brudgers 5y agoI don’t know. It would depend on the objectives of the employer. And what “senior” means. If senior means supervision and/or management, then it is might filter out land mines. In general it might be a reliable asshole filter. If it is a warm body hire in an organization that tolerates bad behavior, then the company might miss out on a cultural fit.
