You mean senior level positions get a lot of responses?
- itronitron 5y agoSorry for the ambiguity. I meant that hiring someone into a senior level position is going to require approval from more people within the organization and that will delay the hiring process, to the point that it might cause it to stall and result in ghosting. But I think you are right that senior level positions also probably get a lot of submissions.
