It's not hard to imagine fast track immigration, every exceptional programer who moves West is a massive loss for Russia. You'll have a zombie economy completely dependent on Chinese trade. It feels like China's the true winner here, they'll have cheap fuel and food for the foreseeable future. It'll take a very long time for Russia to reintegrate with the Western economies if ever
