Got ghosted the first time about a month ago for a Sr. Designer position at a company that was going to do a remote interview ... the internal HR person gave kind of a flimsy excuse afterwards that they "were out on a trip" (so why did you send the schedule of the interview with that time when you knew it was unavailable?). Definitely was a skip for a company for me. tl;dr - Same. I hope it doesn't get more common.
