Pretty cool here's what is does - NASA's Fire Information for Resource Management System (FIRMS) distributes Near Real-Time (NRT) fire/thermal anomaly data within 3 hours of satellite observation from NASA's Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) aboard the Terra and Aqua satellites and NASA's Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) aboard the joint NASA/NOAA Suomi National Polar orbiting Partnership (Suomi NPP) and NOAA-20 satellites. Interesting looking at the UK, i wondered what the flags were, when I zoomed to an area in south Wales i know of, its a massive industrial area making steel called Port Talbot
