Yeah I mean I get you, but it doesnt have to be this drastic. I was exactly in OPs position, at a FAANG, making a few hundred grand a year, HATED it. I switched teams once, made it nine months, switched teams again. Now I am leading a team, working 30 hours a week, while travelling around the USA remote, making top 1% income for my age group. this all or nothing quit is a fallacy, it takes time to find the right position in a company, and if they are paying you well, its worth finding.
