Sure, you have a point. I have read many of his books. While I'm definitely fascinated with his writing, I'm not sure I would say I enjoyed reading them, because they're so dark. What I meant to say is our reality turning out that way should be a red flag to anyone who knows his stories. I highly doubt he ever meant them as a blueprint, his writing was probably of more therapeutic nature.
