ghoomketu, the session replay and error monitoring may look similar to smartlook but our vision at Zipy is to build business intelligence on top of this. That would allow users to tie business use cases to the session replay + monitoring. We want to bubble up what is important for business.
Yes adblocks could pose an issue but we have plans of self hosted solution and there are other options of handling this which we are already exploring.
- warent 5y agoI'm trying to imagine what products are so buggy that no human can process the mountains of problems, and they need AI to determine which session replays to surface
- msnkarthik 5y agoAs we scale up products and more complex code workflows gets added, there are bound to be more issues as a result of which it then becomes problem of prioritisation and not just solving bugs. AI will help prioritise which sessions to surface and solve for.
