I think black (red) tea is very much worth it. I just couldn't do without at least a single cup a day. I do brush my teeth afterwards though.
- dgarrett 5y agoI’ve been told by a dentist specifically not to brush your teeth after tea. Instead, swish your mouth with water and brush your teeth later. The claim is that the acidity of the tea will soften your teeth and lead to damage from the brushing.
- markdown 5y agoNever brush your teeth straight after eating/drinking. Give it an hour at least.
