Well this is interesting. If a Russian attack on Kyiv were to kill a head of state of a NATO country, would NATO article 5 be invoked?
- simonblack 5y agoProbably. But not specifically according to the NATO charter. If foreign heads of state walk into a war zone, they should assume all the personal risks of doing so.
