In reality it means that people have to get up earlier and go to bed earlier relative to sunset/sunrise.

- D13Fd 5y agoLiterally every person affected by this change unless their work or school schedule also adjusts (in which case the change was pointless anyway).
- Apocryphon 5y agoDoes it matter if someone doesn't care about when sunset or sunrise is? Oh they're "affected" but not really.
