Hey HN, I created Nolific because I like to write and none of the other second brain apps was sticking for me. I wanted a tool that was minimal, plain-text, and worked in the browser.
It's still early in it's life but one of my primary goals is keeping the tool dead simple.
Nolific is free and open-source.
I've created a demo user that you can play with. Nolific isn't designed for multiple users and the demo user is shared with everyone who stumbles upon it, so it could get messy if this gets much traction. Edits are saved automatically and they're currently "last out wins". The username and password are both "demo" if you're prompted to login.
There's a chance you've heard of it because I've mentioned it in a couple of my blog posts, one of which spent a day at the top of the home page. Thank you for the amazing discussions, support, and contributions so far.
