Increase your monthly income or lower your monthly spending. Easiest is to find a new job. If you have 14 YOE as developer you should be able to find a higher paying job as long as you've continually grown your skills. Put your résumé on Hired.com and put in a desired salary of $200K to gauge companies' interest then adjust up or down as needed. Do a few practice interviews on Pramp.
