Oh, I didn't realize the email provider logos are clickable.
OK, when I click on a mailto link on phone, it opens a compose screen in the native gmail app. When I click on Gmail logo here, it redirects me to a Gmail sign in page in the browser. Is that working as intended?
- ArjunYadav 5y agoIf you're on a browser, it'll open a compose page with the link's email in mail.google.com and if you're on mobile, it should open in the Gmail app if installed (After 3-ish seconds it'll fallback to the normal website) It's working for me on iOS, could you tell me if you have the Gmail app installed and what OS you're using (on mobile)?
- cuu508 5y agoI have Gmail app installed and the OS is Android 12.
- ArjunYadav 5y agoI'll test bettermailto with an Android simulator, sorry about that!
