- bduerst 5y agoAka B-Corp (a la S-Corp or C-Corp), which is what Patagonia, Ben & Jerry's is. It allows corps to shield specific non-profit activities from being sued by profit-seeking investors. I think Costco considered it for a while but passed on switching.
