Is that really incompatible with information being held in e-fields? It's just that these fields are generated by group of neurons, which can indeed be "stoped and started back"?
- ethanbond 5y agoIn that case it’s unclear why you’d not refer to it as the information being encoded in the neurons. I don’t think anyone interprets that to mean the information is retrievable sans electrical field.
