It’s hopeless. I got the same email, but I can’t log in to the account, because Google is confused about whether it’s a personal gmail account or a Google Apps / G Suite account. So it goes around in an error cycle and of course there’s no support contact. If you have critical information make sure never to keep it on Google free tier stuff without support.
