- Retric 5y agoShell companies cost money to fold up and move on. He’s probably just inside the cost of business side of thing right now.
- jagged-chisel 5y agoDo they though? You want to stop using your LLC? My state’s advice is “don’t renew the registration next year.” It’s called “administrative dissoluton” and requires no money.
