- itake 5y agoUS closed their embassy on Feb 14 [0] and China didn't start pulling out their citizens until the 28th [1]. I don't think anyone would of suspected a partnership leak if the USA already announced their evacuation. > China evacuated the first batch of its citizens from Ukraine on February 28, including over 400 Chinese students from Odessa and 200 from Kiev, four days after militaries from Russia and Ukraine engaged in battle.
