Chinese drone manufacturer DJI has limited capability for the Ukrainian army
- chucklenorris 5y agoSad to read this. Their OccuSync tech is really good and us/europe has nothing approaching its capabilities. Maybe someone will finally wake up and create a competitive fpv video system
- secondcoming 5y agoSeems fair game to me considering the West is supplying Ukraine with sophisticated NLAW missiles, anti-aircraft weapons, and presumably military intelligence too considering spy planes that are constantly flying over Romania and Poland. It proves that anything Chinese-made shouldn't be used by any military... drones, tyres, etc
- NicoJuicy 5y agoEuh, Russia is bringing in other nationalities ( eg. Syria, ... ) and CSTO now ( but eg. Kazakhstan denied ) Russia invaded and started a war. Russia is threatening with nukes. I would say that supplying arms like was done in the past and Russia was going in other countries isn't even relevant. It's Ukranians, a recent new democracy that needs help fending of a bully that thinks it's own the right to occupy the country because it's in it's "sphere of influence". While obviously Ukrainians are currently fighting for their life against that influence and "historical bounds". Ps. Russia didn't think those bound where that important in Turkmenistan in the past. So they are not really consistent either.
- tomohawk 5y agoYeah, because Ukraine defending itself, and Russia invading are morally equivalent actions, right? I don't see hospitals getting bombed in Russia right now. The chicoms are just showing their true colors here by supporting the actions of Putin.
- secondcoming 5y agoWhat part suggests I support the actions of Putin?
- tomohawk 5y agoThere are no legitimate targets of Russian aggression. The only legitimate thing for Russia to do is to pull out, apologize, and pay reparations.
- jaynetics 5y agoSuddenly the whole upheaval about Huawei hardware in 5g networks doesn't seem so paranoid anymore.
- contingencies 5y agoEvidence please. This is a huge accusation to make. I find this difficult to believe as surely for military deployment of commercial drones step #1 is disconnect it from any outside network and disable phone-home.
- indemnity 5y agoTime to do to them what was done to Huawei.
