Is there a punishment in Uber for not logging in into the app?

If someone goes a sufficiently long time without using the app they'll get better offers to entice them to return. So if anything the reverse is true.

I'm not sure if there's a different effect short term.

So in a way, Uber is encouraging strikes right now, even if unwittingly?
