For the West and Ukraine to accept it, the treaty also has to state that all Russian troops must be withdrawn from Ukraine.
Sanctions cannot be lifted before that happens.

- maxharris 5y agoWhich is more important: revenge on Putin for the deaths he has caused, or finding a solution that minimizes loss of life for everyone? Killing always leads to more killing.
