Russia has literally trained the Ukrain army in how to respond to their actions ( 8 years), Zelensky is literally doing an insane job. I don't know anyone that could replace him at this moment. They are doing an excellent job against Putin's Russia. Russia is making themselves look like fools, while the whole world is watching. PS. Ukraine literally kicked Putin's proxy governement out, Zelensky is no one's "puppet" and he's doing it on his own with intell and guns of the West, yes. While Russia is asking everyone for boots on the ground ( Sudan, Syria, Chechen, Belarus, Kazachstan, ...) and still failing big time. If Russia would have taken Ukraine in the 2 days as they expected, this all (assistance from the West) wouldn't have happened as much probably. But Russia miserably miscalculated everything here. For everyone believing Russian propaganda. It should be obvious by now that it's Ukranians fighting against Putin's army and Ukraine they doen't want to be a part of it. By comparison, the west hasn't had the amount of casualties in 20 years that Putin has in 2 weeks and that's all related to the desire of countries to become a democracy on their own.
