Every discussion about the benefits of DST vs. ST boils down to: do you want more sunlight in the morning or in the afternoon? It seems to me that the people who comment about preferring more sunlight in the morning are more likely to say that having school-aged children is the motivating factor for their preference, as they’re worried about their kids getting to school safely. I wonder if preference in the real world (i.e. not internet discussion) is actually correlated in that way.
