- spoonjim 5y agoThat's a flaw with the notification logic.
- IceMetalPunk 5y agoAlso this. "hi can you talk? i had a question about this ticket let me get the number ticket DSD-342 can you help me out?" My brain: "...that could have been ONE NOTIFICATION instead of a barrage. And you could have answered your own question about my availability by looking at my status in the app. God ffs." What I type: "Yeah, sure, let me look at it. What's up?"
- IYasha 5y agoAnd, "thanks" to modern messenger UI designers (was it Apple who started it?), these messages take up the WHOLE SCREEN!
- swarnie 5y agoI do this, i think its a hold over from WhatsApp. Its easier to divide statements by hitting enter then using punctuation.
- ativzzz 5y agoI think it's fine if you're actively chatting with someone but obviously not if you're starting a conversation with some kind of request.
