Without reading the actual article, the answer to the question proposed here is "no". How can I know that without clicking through? Because war is never inevitable. War is a choice, every time. One or more people choose to become aggressors, pushing other people into a position where they feel they must fight or die. That's all a war is: some people threatening others into fighting back, and then this continues until someone gives up or everyone dies.
War is always a choice. You can always choose not to aggress. There is no such thing as an "inevitable war".
